Quarry Leases

Industrial Park

JBM has commenced the project to rehabilitate the three steel framed structures at JBM’s Lydford Park Estate into three (3) functional light industrial warehouse spaces. The warehouses will be retrofitted for state-of-the-art light industrial and manufacturing spaces for lease or rental.

The three structures have a total square footage of:
  • Building A – approximately 21,000 ft2
  • Building B – approximately 21,000 ft2
  • Building C – approximately 17,600 ft2

Commercial Park

The Commercial Park is in its conceptual stage and will include a Business/ Retail Park with a 60,000 sq. ft. BPO/Technology Park supported by auxiliary businesses, retail amenities and facilities for commercial rent. The project is meant to complement the existing area’s infrastructure and respond to a shortage in the logistics market for rentable warehousing units.  It is designed to:

  • Fulfill JBM’s mandate to develop mined-out lands;
  • Help rejuvenate the Golden Grove environs and surrounding communities, which was once a thriving area during the Bauxite era;
  • Create jobs for the surrounding communities;
  • Provide good job and career opportunity prospects to college graduates; and
  • Respond to space demands for the BPO sector and warehouse storage.

In addition to the Commercial Park, JBM has earmarked 150 acres within Lydford Park Estate to build an affordable housing development to support the Commercial Park.
