The responsibilities of Commercial Property Management encompass the tasks and responsibilities of operating an income-producing property. JBM’s commercial property management portfolio involves:
- Public relations and communications;
- Administration and management of land leases;
- Administration and property management of residential and non-residential property leases; and
- Client relations.
In addition to JBM’s mainstream business operations, the Company plans to embark on a number of initiatives within this portfolio to create new business using underutilised and unoccupied assets and properties. JBM’s current commercial projects are:
- Commercialization of water from the spring at Reynolds Pier in Ocho Rios
- Rehabilitation of workshops into light warehousing and storage facilities in Lydford Park.
Industrial Park
We are creating business and commercial spaces for you!
JBM is refurbishing 59,600 square feet of workshops into three warehouses for light industrial and manufacturing. The three (3) warehouse spaces will be ready for lease or rental in 12 months.
Commercial Park
JBM intends to construct a Business/Retail Park with a 60,000 sq. ft. BPO/Technology Park supported by auxiliary businesses, retail amenities and facilities for commercial rent. This park will make available, a rentable space of 272,540 sq. ft. to include a BPO/Technology Park, 24 Commercial Shops, 31 Mini Warehouses, 10 Medium Warehouses, 5 Large Warehouses, and a Clubhouse/ Homework Centre.
