Land Development

Land Management involves rejuvenating the mined-out and underutilised lands. The vision will realize a mixed-use business centre. Spearheaded by the Deputy Port and Estate Manager, lands are currently being zoned for the following:

  • Mining operations
  • Commercial use
  • Agricultural use
  • Residential Development
  • Developing and Executing a Property Preventative Maintenance Plan. This includes activities such as routine and scheduled inspections, servicing and maintenance.

Exploration of Commercial Activity and Land Leases

JBM is in the business of building businesses and restoring communities. In that vein, JBM invites potential investors to express their interest to develop their business interests in the commercial park and industrial park at Lydford as well as new ventures to utilise idle assets.

With the increased demand for housing in St. Ann, lands near the North South Highway in the cool hills of Lydford and Golden Grove are a natural fit for a housing development. JBM is seeking to partner with investors and developers for a major development of over 150 acres of land in Orange Park, St. Ann.
